Alex is an excellent guide who gave us just enough information regarding the sights, history and architectural structures of Palma. He enabled us to ask questions and was friendly and informative throughout without being boring. He ensured that the group was together and ensured we were given time to take photos and capture the essence of Palma. We loved it and are planning a return city break to this glorious city later this year.
