The tour was very interesting and detailed, Caroline is a true expert in Jerez and in whole Spain in general. She has a great knowledge in flamenco, Jerez wines and history. During the tour she was not only presenting the most important facts and history points, but also talking about people, about living in Spain and the collective memory of people, which is mirrored in the beautiful city of Jerez.
