Really disappointing. We arrived on time to be told the tour was cancelled. No warning or prior message. The reason given was that the shops were shut! Surely this would have been known? Shops have standard opening and closing days. Felt like an excuse and that the ‘guru’ could not be bothered. We have used guru tours many times before, but will not do so again. I would recommend avoiding this tour if this is how people are treated.

Luca was a great tour guide, probably the best we’ve ever had in our tours across Europe. He was knowledgeable about a huge range of local, Spanish and broader European history and brought the city and the tour to life. Thanks Luca!
