Terrible guru guide did not show up at all was there 10 mins before the time and waited another 20min s. No call No message but asked me to review🤦🏽‍♀️

Hello Caroline, I'm surprised off this message. Can you let me know which date was your booking? Also let me know when you made your inquiry? I do not have any information of your inquiry in the system. Also note GuruWalk releases an automated message requesting a review for your experience. I'm sure there has to be a reason behind this unfortunate incident and do apologize for any inconvenience, but I would like to get to the bottom of this to avoid future incidents such as yours. There were couple of no shows as well during the month of Oct. Yesterday's bookings clients were dropped off at a different location at Jack's Handicraft Nadi town instead of our allocated meeting which is Prouds Shopping Complex at Nadi town. The reason why taxi drivers do this is because they get a small commission when they drop off clients at the front of Jacks Handicraft shopping centre, Probably which I believe happened in your case. Really Disappointed after many other travellers had said the walking tours in Bath are great (we picked wrong guide or wrong company obviously) Our guide Susan was not a very enthusiastic guide. Gave very little information, didnt know answers to questions of places she took us to. Relied on phone to show so maps of bath looked like continuously. ( no !!! print them off to show guests) Finished tour Sydney Park asked how big it was and about it , answer " i dont know" were directed to gatehouse with homeless man sleeping to read information boards. Sorry but were ever the guide takes you you should be information loaded. Supposed to be 2 hrs went for 1hour 15 mins , blessing really. Googled a self guided tour and did again ourself. We have done a couple dozen walking tours and this was the worst, waste of our time sad as this is how we remembered Bath.
