This review needs a bit of context. In the very early hours of the morning, one of my closest friends was in extreme pain and there was no choice but to attend to her. I genuinely thought I cancelled the tour but it didn’t go through, resulting in walkers being left without the tour guide at the tour. It was only when I left the hospital around noon that I received messages and missed calls including from this walker. I quickly sent a sincere apology message explaining the situation, hoping to seek understanding and support for the situation, and even following up on the recommendations and future tours (no tips expected). Almost all the walkers took up the offer other than this walker. I understand how frustrated it must be to wait, but there clear instructions I detailed in the group chat message about what to do in scenarios like these. I also hoped in general that the walkers understand that these things happen and not always due to due negligence. I asked the walker to reconsider the review in that light (however ashamedly the initial tour was not able to be offered), and be asked once more to reconsider their review.
