I have lived and travelled for many years of my life to over 50 countries but I call Ponta Delgada my home and have an immense affection for this place. I like to spend my time in the sea, having trained as a scuba diving instructor and made underwater video, but am happy here to free dive locally every day. I'm eager to share my perspective on what I consider to be, one of the closest experiences to paradise that I've ever encountered being here in The Azores.
I also believe that we're here to connect with others, so I like to meet other people who believe the same.

We went on this tour on Monday and really enjoyed Don's narrative. He has talked to locals and done his own research to get to the essence of what Sao Miguel is all about. We learnt a lot of interesting facts. We were impressed with how Dom tried to tie some historical events to modern day ones--fascinating. We stopped at interesting buildings as well as eateries on the tour. Thank you very much for an engrossing tour, Dom!
Very nice tour, I recommend doing it on the first day so you get to try all the museums and food recommendations!
