Filipa was very good and she made sure we were all entertained and we were informed too about the tour sites with her intelligent talk. It was not a cumbersome walk. There was time for rest too and the elders were all comfortable too. Additionally she have wonderful suggestions on other places in Barcelona. Overall it was very satisfactory.

I was calling the tour operator but he dint respond. So i was waiting. Then he messaged that the tour was cancelled

Your completely unexpected reservation, very last minute by the way, should never had gone through neither accepted as I was not available, working at tht moment and all my events were blocked on Guruwalk website on Saturday 30/09. I did answer back straight away, as soon as I could when I saw your messages and call during a job break. I even offered alternatives as rescheduling or finding different options that suited, clearly trying to focus on helping you. However, you did not consider my explanations or suggestions, you misunderstood the situation and finally left a very unpolite review ... (which will be deleted in order not to affect badly others opinions when deciding to join our tours. If so, at least now everybody can also be concearned about my "side" of the story).
