Good afternoon travelers. I hope you are well. I understand your frustration created by perhaps unrealistic expectations, so you are the one who is left with the frustration, not me. The guides always have in mind to improve their performance through constructive comments, so that we all grow and meet expectations. But no one is perfect, so it's impossible to please everyone, even though we all try. I hope that in the future, you will use more constructive words towards my colleagues, with whom you take tours at guruwalks, and that you will respect their work by not leaving the tour in the middle and not complying with the rules of civility, respecting the engagement of other participants on the tour, and respect the tip minimum.
