As we talked by email, we are surprised about this review because we usually have very good feedback about this tour.
We understand that it couldn't satisfied your expectations because this is personal but we think that it is disproportionate to judge a guided tour with "one star" because there was historical data when this is the topic of the walking tour.
And to compare with modern times we need first to give an introduction about the past of Palma.
According to the duration of the stops, we are historians and it's true that sometimes we are very passioned to explain more details.
