Pailin was our guide and there were 25 people on the tour. I chose this tour because I wanted visiting friends to see markets and temples. On this tour we did not go to Warorot Market or Ton Lam Yai Market as listed in the description. We went to one small Lanna temple near 3 Kings and another old Lanna temple near Chedi Luang. We then visited 3 temples within Chedi Luang compound. We stopped 2 times to taste foods: sticky rice with different toppings (banana, taro, sweet potato and more) and also to taste local fruits (mango, pomelo, guava, watermelon). Pailin consistently kept us in the shade when talking to us for longer times. At times it was difficult to hear Pailin's voice with the outdoor noise and the large group. Pailin provided us with a huge variety of information and used her humor to keep us engaged. A great tour for your first visit to Chiang Mai and getting to know what to eat and what to see.

We were in a group of ten people. Susanna had positive energy and was well organized. We felt it was difficult to hear while Susanna spoke in the MTR station. We felt that the focus would be on street art as stated in the title, but that was not the main focus. We saw a few pieces of street art, but did not learn much about street art in HK. We felt that Susanna spoke very quickly and it was difficult for us to process all that was being said. We felt that the online description listed more than what we saw/covered.

Response from Susanna
Thanks for your detailed and thoughtful input. I will rename my tour, as street art is but one of the topic there. I will adjust the description of the tour accordingly. We'll spotted. Thanks again.

About 40 people in group - too large. Our guide was David - he was calm and had strong knowledge. Many times we found it difficult to hear even though David had a headset. Sometimes he began talking before the entire group had reached where he was. The online description said we would learn about Stones of Memory, Heroes Courtyard and Budapest Angel - we did not stop by/learn about these on the tour. We were especially very interested to learn more about the Stones of Memory.

We like to support female guides! She communicated with us the day before through the Guru app - much appreciated as we often don't hear from our guides beforehand. :) This street art tour was focused on large murals rather than graffiti, stickers, paste-ups. We got a new perspective on other types of street art than we had previously learned about. Janet had positive energy, clear information and was well organized. She put thought into keeping her guests interested during the experience!

Our guide was Tomislav. Born in Zagreb and lived in Split during the past 15 years. He loves history. We walked through Diocletian Palace (the free part) and got to hear some men singing in accapello (traditional singing from Dalmatia). Tomas used visuals of maps and photos throughout the tour. We had a group of 12 - much better than a large group. We got an understanding of the history of Split as well as the Palace.
