Thank you Ivan for your review. You booked two tours with us. Hutong walking tour late for 20 minutes we waited for you. Summer palace walking tour late for another 20 minutes which we didn't wait for you. We can't let whole group wait for you again and again because you don't respect time.
About your tip: you late for the hutong walking tour 20 minutes. You said you didn't listen to that 20 minutes let me introduced again and I did. After 2 hours' tour you tipped me 3 euros which I think you are taking advantage of us. We do welcome all tourists join us but you didn't show respect to our job.
