Excellent tour!
I arrived at the meeting point about 15 minutes early and waited there. In the minutes leading up to the scheduled start time, there was no sign of a group gathering. There was also no prior coordination via WhatsApp. I sent messages to the guide through the website; it showed they were "last seen" just 4 minutes earlier, yet there was no response. I stayed for another 15 minutes, but received no update regarding the tour. I have been on about 20 tours, both solo and as a couple, and this is the first time I have encountered such a blatant lack of communication. Extremely disappointing.
