Hesham was absolutely fabulous.. clearly he's extremely passionate about what he does and his knowledge was exemplary.. he was very entertaining and engaging with us throughout.. we had the pleasure of tasting the local tea and coffee as well as some savoury snack. Armando was articulate, knew his history well and spoke well in English. He was ready to help you in any way required.. gave good tips and was polite.. I would recommend anyone to do the tour as it gave a good feel of the city ..
