Anna was sweet and provided great information. the only thing i had trouble with was locating the guide. I was looking for a blue umbrella and in a big square/plaza i wasn’t expecting it to be a Spiderman umbrella with some blue panels. Maybe having the company name on the umbrella would be helpful.
