Good overview of various artworks in the city. Good contrast between the areas visited and gave me good ideas to revisit certain areas.
His genuine interest in history was very apparent throughout the tour. For such a historic city, the amount of information was strongly welcomed and I have a greater appreciation for the city beyond Game of Thrones. Appreciated his insights and stories
Zadar is a small but interesting city with interesting Venetian-Ottoman past. I thought Lidija did a great job showing us the sites but also filling in what the historical context is. Great to hear directly from a local.
Did a walkthrough on my own yesterday so today’s tour provided meat to sites I had already seen. She also offered her knowledge of the city and history which made the tour more fun and made me more appreciative of the city.
It was a hot day so she was especially mindful of people getting hydrated and sufficient shade, when available. And despite her fatigue as well, she eventually opted to complete the entire tour - because we wanted to. Her insights and professionalism was clearly noticeable, and for that i appreciated her time.
