To anyone reading I highly recommend having a valid WhatsApp number to facilitate communication. I had to pay to text her with international number just to make sure she got the message that the tour was cancelled as she was the only one (low season). After, she offered to pay me for a private tour after I cancelled which I found strange (if you want you can visit my site on www.aixtours.com and book a private tour before hand.)
