We're really sorry but there were only 3 people and not 4. Under these circumstances, we were unable to organise the visit. If we know in advance, we will of course cancel, but if the people don't come, we unfortunately can't foresee it, as it's low season at the moment. However, you should know that we do our best to inform people, but not everything depends on us. I'm sorry again, but I don't think it was our fault and the guide did the best she could in the circumstances.
