Armando led a great tour around Florence, showing us beautiful places accompanied by fascinating details on history, art, food, language, etc. His kindness and humour made up for a good atmosphere among the participants. Today we had a fantastic guided tour in Florence with Eleonora. It was thorough, engaging, and incredibly informative. Florence is a wonderful city, and thanks to Eleonora we’ve enjoyed learning so much more about its history and hidden details. They’re genuinely knowledgeable, and the tip based system means you can pay what you feel the tour is worth, which motivates them to go the extra mile to make visitors feel welcome and satisfied.
She did a great job showing us the history of the city in a funny way, is never the same va going by yourself. Deb also how we can better select restaurants, ice cream and shopping places.
