María Grazia es estupenda. Nos explicó todo de una forma que se entiende perfectamente ,se involucró muchísimos en resolver las dudas que nos iban surgiendo . Fue la primera que cogimos un Tour y fue una experiencia que repetimos al siguiente día. Ella nos ayudó a que pidiésemos apuntarnos al día siguiente preocupándose en avisarnos si finalmente salía el otro tour que queríamos hacer. Una cosa más nosotros íbamos con dos niñas de 5 años que no se aburrieron en ningún momento y eso es de valorar mucho.Gente así hace que Madrid se vea más bonita todavía . Gracias a ella y al equipo. He hecho varios free tours con vosotros, pero el de hoy ha sido supe rpositivo. Nuestro guia Jorge ha demostrado un gran conocimiento profesionalidad, carisma y capacidad para hacer las paradas amenas y memorables. Han sido 2 horas y media de absorber información: con historias interesantes con excelente trato personal, con gran sentido del humor y sobre todo haciendonos disfrutar durante todo el tour.
