On the same night, I was stuck in a traffic jam the whole night due to the landslide on Prithivi Highway while I was returning from Pokhara neither I have a mobile network to cancel the tour nor I can leave a message for you. I thought I would be attending the tour the next day on time but the traffic was clear only the next morning.
Once again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment you experienced. I appreciate your understanding and hope for the opportunity to regain your trust in the future.
