We are a group of freelance tour guides who decided to work toghether to support
authentic and local Venice, the city we live in and that we truly love. We are not part of a big multinational
company but we are all licensed tour guides who support local traditions, local business and culture. Most
of all, we proudly encourage sustainable tourism, which is the concept of visiting a city and trying to have a positive impact on its environment, its society and its economy. We truly believe that this is
the most important thing, especially in a city like Venice!

Elena was very informed. She told us all about the history, culture and life in Venice. I cannot fault her at all. However she told us about Venice but did not show us Venice. We saw only one church. I expected more. There was also a lot of walking, which didn’t really lead anywhere. The first stop was 20 mins away. We could have just met there. Then we would walk, talk, walk again. We could have had the entire session in front of the church. But I must repeat. She was very good in telling us about the histor, culture and life. The places just need to be curated better. There has to be more seeing
