Our guru did not come and later we just had an email that he had mixed up his schedule. Very unprofessional and we were very disappointed how the office handled the situation (they did nothing, no info we we were there). Would not recommend for anybody. The wheather was not that good so we all were there waiting for nothing.

We're sorry about yesterday's mix up. Mistakes do happen and I'm sorry you were the one experiencing the results of one.
I know an email doesn't replace the experience, but since the guide lives 150 miles from Tallinn, it was the best he could do after realizing his mistake. We have updated our guides' contact information with the Tourist Information Centre, so should this kind of thing ever happen again, at least information will move quicker about it.
We do hope you still managed to enjoy Tallinn.
