Yes Elisa, I am super rude, specially with arrogant, violent and disrespectful people like you and your group of friends.
Story short, 4 people booked a walking tour but they were expecting not to walk, also they were expecting that the rest of the group fallowed their pace, celebrate their racist/distasteful jokes and anything else that they felt entiteled to. By the way, I do not tolerate any of this.
In the tourism industry, we are very used to be fake and in some way deal people like you guys, but you were in another level of disrespect and annoyance, the level that make you think, "well, I wouldn't mind to receive a bad review in order to not receive more people like these".
Anyways and to be honest, you guys were unberable, not only to me, to the whole group, and I received many complains about you and belive me, you would't like to hear how unconfortable they were with you guys and all your behaviors and atittudes.
