Irvin gives a good walking tour of Gjirokaster. He explains the history and his city culture clearly, with the eye of a real local, so you really feel the spirit of the place. The tour takes two hours of steady walking. Everything is covered efficiently and directly. A solid and informative tour. Totally worth doing if you want to properly understand Gjirokaster from a real local.
We learned a lot about Albania and Gjirokastër in particular with Irwin. He was a great guide and did not rush us. We covered a lot of territory. His English was excellent and he had a pleasant demeanor. I highly recommend.
