The guide cancelled the tour the day before the tour was to take place stating I was the only participant. I was ok with this as it gave me time to find something else to do. On the day of the tour the guide contacted me again to say I was the only participant. I replied to him stating that I was aware of this and that he had informed me the day before advising it was cancelled as a result (I have text to verify this). The guide then proceeded to gaslight me saying that I had chosen to cancel the tour and that this was my decision. I get the guide does these tours not knowing if people will pay - but it doesn’t give an excuse to be rude!
