I’ve booked the tour at 10:30, they told me the tour was cancelled and ask me to come at 4pm, I asked twice to make sure I will happen, he said yes, because there are other ppl booked at 4pm. So I paid 13€ to cancelled my train ticket and gave up the chance to get in the library for this tour, now I need to spend 12€ again just for go in to the library. And at 4pm, I didn’t see anyone there! I tried to contact the customer support, they only say sorry, I’m the end not even respond my questions. It is the worst experience I had ever!

the tour ran smoothly and everyone was there except you. If you haven't found the guide, it's not our fault. They waited 10 minutes for you and you didn't come. Then what assistance did you write to? You sent us a private message which we couldn't reply to as we were doing the tour that you were able not to find. We have no desire and no time to waste with you.
