I reached an hour before the tour start time to confirm if there is a tour happening. No answer. I get to the meeting point and see no tour guide. I reach out a second time and they finally respond with no tour today bc 5 participants didn't book. Wasted my time getting to the meeting point. Unprofessional. Don't waste your time, book with another tour guide.

Hi Ray you are lying. We wrote to you one day before the tour this: "Hi Ray thank you for choosing our tour. In this season, we do our tour if we have at least 5 people. We will confirm if others join. Cheers! YFWT Team," There were no others and the tour was not confirmed. You had enough time to choose another tour, but you went to the tour without our confirmation and now you are calling us non professional. cheers! YFWT Team
