Reserve la visita, e incluso un día antes me enviaron un recordatorio, allí estábamos los 3 esperándole y no acudió, Le escribí y su respuesta fue que ese día no lo hacían en español porque era temporada baja, aun teniendo 5 mensajes que me daban conformidad y de más. Así que visite Núremberg por mi cuenta. No recomiendo. Te dejan tirado.

I want to appologize for this misunderstandung. We used to conduct Free Spanish Tours on Tuesdays but stopped them during low season. They curently can't be booked on GuruWalk. As you made your reservation for this Tuesday-tour earlier, you were still booked in. I thought, that when I cancel a tour, you'll be automatically informed by GuruWalk. That didn't appear. That's why you didn't know about that your tour didn't take place.
In the future I will inform guests personally in case a tour is being cancelled. I know, of course, that this won't benefit you anymore. I'm sorry for any inconveniences and hope, you still had a nice time in Nuremberg.
