Really bad. Unreliable. Guide never turned up and only cancelled 10 minutes before the departure time after I had travelled across the city.
The tour did not happen because 3 hours before the tour I got a message to say the guide was sick. This is the second time in less than a week I have had Guru tours from different operators cancelled because of sickness.
The guide never turned up for the tour. Also, the guide did not send any messages to say he would not turn up I therefore found this tour unreliable.
