What a lovely guide Bruno was! The tour was the best way to discover the old town, passing through the oldest neighborhoods. I highly recommend it! We visited the best "miradouros" (viewpoints of the city) and stopped at a traditional spot for handmade ginjinha, served by a lovely elderly person from the neighborhood. A must-do in Lisbon!

The guide was very funny and lovely. He took care of the group in a professional and high-quality manner, showing great knowledge of Portuguese history. He took us for a "ginjinha" and a traditional lunch after the tour – a must, I should say. Thank you, Bruno!

I felt that telling the tourists before entering Alfama that there are pickpocketers is discrediting the entire neighbourhood for no reason, as pickpocketers are present everywhere. Instead, if it is necessary, tour guide should say it in the beginning as Alfama was not more dangerous when it comes to pickpockets than any other part of Lisbon, I read the statistics later. Some data and information were incomplete. We passed by the Aljube Museum of Resistance and Freedom, yet nothing was mentioned; well, so much has happened there, which makes Lisbon what it is today. Some historical and contemporary facts are scratched, but there is much incomplete information and unanswered questions. Maybe a bit more passion about the place would be necessary? In hospitality and tourism, passion for the job is needed.
