Sadly I would have loved to go on this tour but the guide failed to connect with me. We ended up waiting for 15 mins afterwards before giving up. I did talk to someone who was running a tour but she told me I wasn't on her list. My guess is something was wrong with their system and our reservation didn't reach the guide I was chatting with.
The best part about this tour is visiting the Longshan Temple and getting to learn about the rituals and beliefs of the Taiwanese and walked is through how to participate. We also enjoyed trying the herbal teas! The other your locations were okay and could likely be shortened. We would have loved to spend more time in the Herbal already to learn more about them and their significance in the culture. It was unfortunate that we got caught in a storm with heavy winds, rain, and lightning but our guide pushed through and improvised by stopping by a nearby convenience store for some plastic ponchos/umbrellas which was much appreciated!
We had a great tour with Tran! Not only did she provide our family with a lot of great historical information but also some amazing personal stories as well. We loved her enthusiasm and her clear explanation of things.
Out guide Noora was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the area of Da Nang and was able to show us some fun sites.
We had a fun time with Huyen. We loved her enthusiasm and excitement when describing Hanoi and her experience growing up in the city. She also had a great sense of humor! We loved the little opportunities she integrated into the tour for us to try some local delicacies like egg coffee and fried sesame balls. So good! We went with two kids and it was a great experience for them and we all learned a lot!
