We have read the reason for your rating that the pace was too fast for you since you
have a recent knee problem. I am sorry
about that but did you not see in the
freetour's description that "Accessibility
Not suitable for people with reduced
mobility"? Despite the indication, you should have told Joanne the guide.
Also guide has to talk and entertain while moving from one place to the other. There should be no silences, it is an interactive speaking tour. Silences are uncomfortable for those attending and groups are not large, usually around 14-25 people.
With respecto with the proporciona tour and places visited you fo not mention anything so can we understand that you enjoyed that?
