PLEASE READ FIRST before Booking. Hi! My name is Kamal. I have a full-time job as a Financial Reporter & Investment Specialist. I've got a Diploma in History as well. I usually work indoors, and since I love history, I found a chance to encourage myself going out, visiting places and sharing knowledge with new guests I'm meeting here every day. Creating lifetime experiences, Happy Times and Smiles, which became stunning memories to stay with me forever. Thanks to all guests who gave me those memories — Please Note: I'm performing my tours through Different Projections might be unlike what you have seen before. Deeper in History & Ideas, Friendly and Personalized. Therefore, you might feel it a little distinctive. Especially when it comes to giving all the time needed to respond to my guests' questions or explain some details they were interested in which leads to staying longer in one place or citing past tours & experiences. As the quality of the info given is way far more important to me than time constraints.
I am someone who has a love/hate relationship with tours and I find it easy to critique them. Ive never had such an outstanding tour as I had today with Kamal. I feel I gained a friend, rather than just had a tour guide. This man's vibes are immaculate, he is so kind, so genuine, so intelligent and curious. He broke down contemporary egyptian society in a way that was objective and studied and its clear he is someone who has the gift of observing his own culture from within. I really cannot recommend enough for anyone to go with him (as long as you are nice, dont give him any headaches). Wish I had taken this tour earlier in my trip as it answered so many questions I had.
Was such a great tour if you wish to understand the reason why modern Egypt is the way it is. Kamal was open to all sorts of questions and very generous with his time. Very enjoyable and fully recommend.
I enjoyed the tour I saw different aspects of the town other than tourist places. I liked the information given about buildings and the history behind them. It was worth it
Not your typical free walking tour. It was like going for a walk with an old friend. Kamal genuinely wanted to share about Cairo’s history, culture, language, and social norms. He was also interested in learning from others. If I didn’t have an early morning tour then we could have continued for even longer. He even waited after to make sure that my Uber driver to the hotel didn’t try to cheat me. Highly recommend!!!
