I was particularly appreciative that although I was the only person booked onto the tour on this particular day, Kamel still honoured the booking and delivered the full experience with enthusiasm and professionalism. That level of commitment says a lot. The tour ended with an extra touch of kindness too - Kamel walked me to the right place to catch an Uber and waited until my car arrived, which was very much appreciated.
