We really enjoyed our tour of Toledo with Carmen. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant in her delivery. We covered a lot of ground in two hours. It certainly enhanced our visit to Toledo. I really appreciated that we were a small group (only 7 total); it felt like we were walking around with friends and we all felt comfortable asking questions. Also, Carmen was great with my 12-year-old son, who can get bored on tours. He was engaged the whole time.
