The free guided tour was great, although some of the electronic listening devices were faulty which was a problem for some participants. Carmen was very well informed, pleasant and professional. A most enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend.

It was an enjoyable tour of Toledo. It would have been nice to have more / deeper information - and I think once her ear pieces arrive that will help so that information isn't only being shared at stopped points - but overall it was good.
