We were instructed to arrive at the square 10 minutes before and look for a yellow umbrella. Unfortunately, after 25 mins we could not find Kwame. We contacted him through the app, but there is no reply (even after 6 hours). Our group was on a very short schedule and we were extremely disappointed. Overall, our plans to tour Madrid were totally spoiled.
