Response from Viva Roma
First of all, thank you so much for letting us know what happened. We are guides with experience in Tours in Spanish, and we are very comitted to our work, as you can see in the wonderful comments we had before this problem. In front of such a terrible situation, we owe you an explanation:
Our English-speaking guide had a problem the night before the Tour (his wife was pregnant with twins, and, unfortunately, lost the babies), and that's why we had to look for other English-speaking guide at the very last minute, and the only guide available was Andrea. She was only available in the afternoon, so we changed the schedule. We could never imagine that she would do something so terrible, such as treating you badly and acting so rude and improperly. We are so sorry, and want to clarify this is not part of our way of working. We will inform all our fellow guides of what happened, so we can make sure the guide Andrea is not called on any tour anymore. We are extremely sorry for this dreadful experience.
