Didn't learn anything about Japan or Tokyo itself except of the bad working environment there and prostitution. If you’re interested in learning more about Japan this is the wrong tour. Oliver seems nice, but didn’t kept any of his promises of forwarding any information.

Unlike more traditional historical areas like Kyoto, Nara, or Asakusa, our designated tour location as Shinjuku focus on the modern aspects of Japanese including social issues. This is clearly stated in our tour description to set the right expectations.

It also appears that you had a disappointing experience from a tour you took in Shibuya, which was operated by a different company. We are not here to speak for them. But Shinjuku annd Shibuya may have not really been the wise choice if you were looking for traditional Japanese culture and beautiful and impressive aspects of Japan.
