Overall a good tour, but the guide didn't have a ton of enthusiasm. I felt like the general content was good, but it's nice when the guide can connect a bit more and share personal stories and fun bits of information along the way. Good overview for the first day in the city.
I really enjoyed this tour and the guide was great. I was just shocked being called a "small group" tour that there were more people than I've had on any other walking tour (20-25). Locations were nice and information was good.
Unfortunately my tour with Onno was a total disaster. He spent too much time listening to himself talk about local politics and uninteresting facts while standing in one place far too long. He then bolted in between sights, never looking back. He lost me with a group of 6 and didn't even notice until 15 minutes later when he contacted me to give me his location. At this point, I returned my earpiece and left frustrated. Not recommended with this guide! Unfortunate because I've taken many free walking tours and thoroughly enjoyed all the otheres.
Mick created an absolutely amazing tour that exceeded my expectations! Even though it was a larger group, he was personable, answered questions, and kept everyone together while providing interesting and fun information. His knowledge of the area was amazing, including the extras of restaurant recommendations! This tour was a great overview of Barcelona an I'm so happy I joined in!
