The guide didn’t show up this morning even though we’d booked.
It was not just us, but there was also another woman in the same situation.
We are only in Antwerp for one day so it meant we wasted half a day waiting to go on a tour with another company.
We definitely wouldn’t recommend this tour!

Hello. The guide did show up. She was there from 10:30 to 11:05. The problem was, as we also know by the Spanish guide with who talked to you, you arrived late.
I hope you understand that guides' time is so valuable as yours and they wait five minutes of cortesy but they can't be waiting as long as late people want.
We are really sorry but our guide was there on time waiying for tourists, so we feel this commentary kis really unfair because it was not our fault.
