Flavio was a great guide with an obvious wealth of knowledge about Cuenca. You really can't go wrong booking this tour. Highly recommended!

Didn't show up. Wasted my time! Here's how the story goes... 1) Alejandro sent me a message the same day confirming that the tour was good to go and supplied me with the meeting point and everything. 2) I waste my time going all the way down there looking for and waiting for him. 3) I then had to contact him to find out what was going on ??? 4) He replies after a while stating that he had to cancel due to an "emergency". Never mentions what type of emergency (and never replies back after I responded "You didn't even let me know". So I don't believe the "emergency" excuse for a minute! 5) Then get this... he sends me a message to do him a favor by rating the tour. A tour that didn't even take place! "A favor, could you help me by rating the tour and a comment" So that's exactly what I'm doing. Rating it a 1 and leaving a comment. Wish I could leave a zero rating. What a JOKE!!! This is ridiculous and sloppy business to say the least.

hi Richard, I sent a message 1 hour before, saying that the tour was canceled because I had a personal emergency, these are things that you don't expect to happen, I don't have to explain what happened to me either.... obviously, I was busy with my situation, not to be answering messages that I had already answered previously... of course the tour did not take place, but your comment does not seem right to me...
