I was born in the heart of Lisboa, in São Sebastião da Pedreira, and I’m a living example of a traditional Portuguese guy. I’ve also traveled to many countries, learning about different cultures while proudly representing Portugal in martial arts.
Lisboa is much more than food and fado. It’s a fascinating city shaped by incredible influences from ancient times to the modern era, with over 3,000 years of history waiting to be discovered.

Antonio was an awesome guide! We walked and saw all the sights for 3 hours. Great experience. Antonio was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of local recommendations too.
Antonio’s free walking tour of Lisbon with tasting is one not to be missed! Over 3 hours we walked to all the places & viewpoints I doubt you would find on your own while regaling our small group with stories of Portugal’s past & its infamous characters. I’m sure you’d have trouble finding anyone more warm & engaging than Antonio to run a tour like this & he’ll also give you some great recommendations to ensure the rest of your stay in Lisbon & beyond is perfect! We’re so glad we found him on Guru Walk & BTW, that warm, yummy Portugese tart with cinnamon topping he bought for us all was just the best!!

The tour was fantastic. We were a small group, and António not only showed us the most beautiful viewpoints but also shared plenty of useful tips and local insights along the way. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everyone in the group felt comfortable and included. The tour wasn’t overloaded with information that you’d forget five minutes later. Instead, everything was well-paced, relevant, and easy to follow. And of course, the pastel de nata tasting was a culinary highlight! After the tour, António also provided us with many helpful recommendations for the rest of our stay, which we really appreciated. It was truly a wonderful experience. If you have the chance to join one of his tours, do it! You won’t regret it. ☺️
