I even texted the guru multiple times from the meeting place at least 5 minutes before the start of the tour and waited for 10 minutes for his response. NO response

Despite multiple efforts to reach him he was a no-show. Much later there was some comment from him about WhatsApp not working so he didn't know who was attending.

I have sent a message apologizing about the situation as soon as you have messaged (in less than 10 minutes) and explaining everything that has happened. I am very sorry that you've had this experience. I always strive to deliver the best tours I can, as you can see from the previous ratings and in no way, shape, or form was this done intentionally. Once again I apologize for this. There was nothing I could have done as I was not aware that anyone has booked the tour until the moment you have messaged me, as it did not show on the app or on my email. Gabriel did a great job. I would suggest that he can advise people that Guruwalk works on donation. I believe half the people just walked away after the tour without donating. We want to keep Guruwalk growing and people should donate generously for what Gabriel did for us.
