The tour was ok but not like the great reviews we read about Alejandro. He was not our guide and apparently there are several others that fill in. Our tour was mixed English and Spanish (even though we signed up for the English tour) which ended up slowing everything down with alot of standing around and wasting time. The communication, punctuality, and information was lacking.

Hi Stacie, we are a group of guides who do the Freetour, Stefy, Gabi, Joel and Me. We always do separate tours in English and Spanish, I'm going to check what happened on that tour and find out why it became bilingual. I appreciate your comment and I will take your suggestions into account.

Diego was a wonderful guide. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his city. He had lots of wonderful surprises for us along the tour. I would definitely recommend this tour if you are in Cusco.
