Average tour, with lots of fun facts and legends, but lacking historical context. The group was too big and that did not help to keep us engaged, either, due to hearing difficulties at times, even if the guide truly tried and talked loud.
Dalen was an amazing guide. He shared a lot of interesting historical facts and legends about Pula and Istria. The tour was very informative and entertaining. 100% recommendable!
Jelena is one of the best guides I have ever met, and I travel a lot. Perfect combination between historical and cultural details, as well as tips and recommendations :) It was a pleasure to hear the stories of Dubrovnik from her.
I would recommend everyone to try this tour with Phoenix. She was really nice, helpful and accommodating. I was concerned about how many of the dishes would be good, as I must say I can be a little picky sometimes. Well, it was just amazing. All what we try was delicious. One dishes can be more your thing or less depending on the texture and so on. But overall, the food was really tasty. We will come back again to a couple of the places we went with her, for sure. We loved the Vietnamese seafood pancake… such a explosion of flavours in your mouth! The tour is more focused on the food, and although Phoenix told us some good facts and stories about the Vietnamese culture, this is not a tour about sightseeing. Just that you are aware of it. But if you want to experience traditional delicious Vietnamese food, you will not be disappointed 😉
Irina is very passionate about Limassol, its people, and the city’s little corners and buildings. It was a really enjoyable tour. We were not expecting much of the city, but thanks to Irina, we ended up loving it!! She also gave us a lot of useful and very good recommendations (not only for Limassol). Definitely worth it!
