My name is Mohammad I was born and lived my whole life in Amman so I know the city very well.
I study English literature but always have a thing for history so I start read and study some of the ancient civilizations and lucky me on of the most important civilizations was in my city so I could not stop read about it,That was 3 years ago
The walker texted us 2 hours to the walk that only 2 of us booked the tour and this was a low number for the tour unless we told him how much our budget for the tour was and if it suited him, we could make it. I felt uncomfortable that he was more concerned about the budget and did not make effort to meet us. I chose not to go for the walk.
Excellent, engaging and very informative tour, we absolutely enjoyed it, not only what we were being shown and told but that we could freely ask questions and ask for advice on local spots etc. Highly recommended!
Mohammad was flexible in meeting with me even when I selected the wrong date. Tour is great for those wanting a quick introduction, or who are short on time, as it is only 2 hours (mine only lasted an hour). Not very in -depth, but had some good information and we made stops in the main parts of downtown. He answered my questions and was cordial. Overall it was decent.
