We are a group of guides who are passionate about the history of our adopted cities, Liverpool and Edinburgh. Our aim is to make visitors feel welcome, giving them a tour full of humour and knowledge. We have prepared Liverpool history tours related to The Beatles, the evolution and secrets of the city and its emblematic streets, economic crises, Football and more. In Edinburgh we offer tours of the Old Town and New Town, tours of Calton Hill and the Castle, talking about Harry Potter, ghosts, and curiosities. Doug was a great tour guide - offering us so much information. He asked our interests in Liverpool first; history, art, architecture, films etc and then tailored his tour to include lots of information about these. Considering we don’t live too far from Liverpool, and we travel here often, we’ve never learned more about it - now we can say we know a lot about it. Thank you Doug for a great tour!
Terry was an excellent guide. Very engaging and informative. Also very mindful of the rain and kept us dry! We learnt so much about the history of Liverpool which was so interesting and he also had some good anecdotes.
