We are extremely sorry for the situation you experienced during the "Harbour & St. Pauli" tour. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait without any information, and we deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Apparently, there was a miscommunication, and our guide mistakenly believed that the tour had been canceled that day. We are currently investigating how this error occurred to ensure it does not happen again in the future.
