My guide was Pedro and the experience was absolutely over expectations! Walk through the city, but not too much. A lot of stories and hints to visit the city. Highly recommended!
I booked an English tour and no one was there. We arrived on time as requested, there were several people waiting for this guru. A spanish colleague was there but he didn't help at all, he was a bit rude saying "it's not my tour, I don't care", we asked if we could join and he says he doesn't accept big groups (there were 20 people, we were two). I expect a more serious tour company, but this is not the case, strongly not recommend it. By the way, Spanish tour was with more than 25 people whilst on the site it says they don't accept big groups.
Booked the tour, never got a reply from Guru in 2 days...
Myself and my boyfriend were the only ones in the tour and it was simply amazing! We visited Essaouira from the Port till Medina. I am a big fan of GoT and Miriam was very patient in taking dozen of pics that I asked for. We visited few stores, but all of them were authentic and absolutely without pressure to buy things. I loved the spices store owned by a women cooperative, it felt real and honest. I highly recommend this tour!
Very comprehensive tour of Marrakech city! Besides history and tradition from Morocco country, we also had the pleasure to visit Bahia Palace and the Coranic school where Jamal explained all the details. It's like having a personal guide, amazing! Excellent English! I recommend to take this tour as first approach to Marrakech.
