I was born and raised in Istanbul. I am a licensed tour guide and its mu full time job.l am interested in history and ı want to share what i know about mu city. Since this is my home town i have lots of local experiences and stories about Istanbul. I would like to tell you about our culture.

On march 2025 it was our first visit to Istanbul and first experience with Guruwalk. We chose Hakan, and we were happy. The tour was very informative and amazing. It was a deep journey into Turkey history presented by Hakan in a light and comprehensive and sometimes funny way! Hakan is open and friendly, he gave us good tips about places to visit and restaurants to taste local fish dishes. Balik durum was great! Thank you!
