Guide was easy to locate and the meeting point was clear. The guide introduced himself and then outlined what we were going to see during the tour. We were a small group so he was able to interact with everyone. He answered all our questions and shared with us some interesting facts. Really recommend this tour.

We really enjoyed this tour. The start point was easy to locate and the guide was easy to spot. Tomas explained to us what we would be eating and also a little history of the food in Mexico. The taco stands were all delicious and varied from eachother. Tomas was excellent explaining different corns and chillies, even gave us his own chillies to taste. The tour is a little short, but by the end I was full. Would really recommend this tour.

First of all, the guide messaged us before the tour asking to change our booking to children so she could fit more people. This felt weird and unprofessional. The guide then was late to the meeting point by 10 minutes and didn't apologise. I felt she lacked expertise and knowledge. The route didn't make any sense and we seemed to retrace our steps a lot. For example, we went between the two main markets several times. It felt like it was deliberately extending the time without much benefit, or reason as to why the foods should be in that order. Very little of the food came with explanation, and when it did, it often clashed with information from museums. We didn't finish the tour as it felt very disorganised, confused, and unsatisfying.

Suleyma was an engaging and knowledgeable guide, able to bring the different parts of history, culture, and food together into a cohesive story of Oaxaca. We came away knowing much more than we thought. The route was interesting and she provided so much detail and engagement to our tour. We had a couple of food and drinks stops, and she provided plenty of local recommendations. Would really recommend this tour to everyone.

Nat was very enthusiastic and friendly however the tour lacks a cohesive story. There wasn't enough history, the stops seemed random and we didn't walk away with a greater sense of the story of Mexico City. The guide was very friendly but perhaps struggled to express the story due to a lack of vocabulary. Guides were very easy to find, had big green umbrellas. Finally, tipping process was awkward as the guide had to record what each person tipped, never experienced that before in dozens of walking tours.
